My teachers son is in kenya africa and its so sad he can't get out even to see her for one day! :(((( she said we can write down this song on a pice of paper (like whats it called and how to get on youtube) also we listen to swahili all the time! well not all the time but when we are being good! Plus I stayed in from recess to listen to this and clean up the classroom today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BESST DAY EVER!!! weeell maybe best days ever :3

@3ULLS3Y3 Jambo, is the tourist way of saying hello, Hu Jambo is the traditional way, to which you would reply Si Jambo.
Mambo however is the younger way of saying How are you? to which the typical answer would be Poa, which means fresh not fit.
To an older person the greeting would be Shikamoo, and the reply would be Marahaba, Shikamoo means I respect you, Marahaba means I accept your respect.
Another greeting amongst young people is Mambo vipi? Intead of just Mambo :)
