The panna cotta with the salumi, when I had it, was balsamic vinegar. It was delicious. I've had some misses at Cafe Juanita, but it's good overall.

2 things:
first - what was the flavor of the pannacota with the salumi?
second- for my opiunion too much balsamic reduction on the plates...kinda old fashioned cooking...

2 things:
