It's more that a Dem is never going to win here more than Sam Graves or the ad. The only way a Democrat would get elected around here was if they found the Repub candidate in a compromising position with a gay black prostitute, and that's a maybe.

Dallas is not redneck, but it is not even close to being a gay mecca. Dallas is a fairly liberal city with a Republican mayor. Explain to me how the gay Democrat candidate lost the election and lost the black vote to the Republican guy if it such a gay mecca?

Because the Missouri 6th is a diverse district. It is composed of suburban and rural areas with strong conservative social and fiscal tendencies.
