Detained Unlawfully (1 of 2) Parking Ticket Scam

Detained at the police station and interviewed. Looking back i now realise what i should have said and should have done. I think the enforcement people have forgoten their oaths or didnt read them to start with. Thanks for watching.

Did you get any compo out of this! I got up to 5.50 there’s more holes in this than a whore house!. Threat, menaces, duress, assuming automatic guilt, not to mention no initiative to put you under informal caution allowing you to dispute the claim, that I gather had only been made verbally and not put in an official written statement!! Just goes to show it pays to carry around a working camera!

Some of the things that get said and things that are staring people in the face going unnoticed makes me laugh at the irony of it all.

Ok years ago the wording was different and related more to our rights in law.

Civil enforcement officer, says it all, the wording is the HUGE clue.

No longer employed on our behalf making sure our facilities get equal UNBIASED fair use by all.

Instead restricting our use by enforcing legislation designed to extract Monetary gain for corporative profit.
