We are honored to have as a very special guest on the Third Volume of the Empowerment Strategies DVD series, Mr. Gil Noble, the host of the longest running Black Television Talk show in the country, WABC TV's "Like It Is." As a result of his talent and skills he has received hundreds of awards and citations.
While we have watched and listened to the genius of Mr. Noble for over 35 years, we were never more overwhelmed by his brilliance and knowledge as we were on June 6, 2007 at the Langston Hughes Library. During our Afternoon of Community Empowerment, he presented to our audience, his heartfelt summary and analysis of the issues affecting Black people in this country and around the world. He delved into the atrocities, abuses and injustices of Africans in America as well as Africans in Africa.
The audience was speechless and spell bound as he outlined our problems as well as our solutions. He spoke from the heart with love and affection for his people.
Please provide more 'solution' content, that is what I recognize as empowering.
