Black Magic Intensity Pro Quality- Test

Recorded in the first game I got into of the day (I just needed an ok clip to do a quality test with)
Hmm, was messing around with the settings on Sony vegas and Adobe encoder (which i use for compressing videos), just to get a decent quality and a low file size. This is still taking quite a while to upload (and my upload speed on the internet is brilliant), does anyone know why this may be?
