FireStorm 4 Parachute Piston Test

Testing my FireStorm 4 parachute ejection piston with my wireless detonator. Both worked perfectly. The detonator will be mounted in the EM and will be ignited by the onboard flight computer once it reaches apogee+3 seconds, or if it overheats. It will push the payload bay out, which will then parachute down. The main motor will either be discarded or attached to the parachute too via shock cord if the parachute is strong enough, stay tuned for more information regarding the launch, I will be posting a parachute test video in a few weeks followed by a launch hopefully sometime this summer.
