agreed, perf. pitc. doesn't really mean the world , It CAN help however...or curse however you look at it...I have it so what ....music major oh well....really it's about dedication and practice...that usually beats talent I think...

@normanHclarke I agree with you. He is displaying relative pitch but he has perfect pitch (he and trina trine were playing together and she pointed that out I believe).

@trinatrine I envy you guys who have perfect pitch =/. I know it's a bad thing to do, but I do...lol. I have really good RELATIVE pitch where I have a really good sense of intonation and how close pitches r to each other but I don't have absolute pitch and can't tell someone exact notes. I hear it's a blessing and a curse to have absolute pitch =/.

I think there might be some confusion here.....the organist is demonstrating a relative pitch ability. Perfect pitch is (after not hearing any music or pitch confirmation) the ability to sing a note and tell someone what note it was. Or hear a note or someone singing and whilst you are not seated at an instrument be able to tell them what key they are singing in. The organist here is very talented and perhaps does have perfect pitch, but it is not being demonstrated here. God bless. -N

ummm Daev...you musicians are funny....lol I think ppl are making such a big deal about pitch, again i say i dont play nothing...so it does sound fine to me....but its like whats the big deal, who even cares? lol!!! Im glad Im just a pew-warmer and not a musicians, cuz thats just too much to deal with (oooh she just say..."she preached harder than she wanted too" hahha, i love that!!! Be blessed Daev!!! (oh and is your name really spelled like that, or am i trippin??? lol)
