One of the best varieties for Southern Victoria, Ripe from April through to September/October, unlike most others there's no sign of flower push yet which means it will be late, which is good : ). (Because it will be warmer when it flowers). Being a type A tree, the flowers will be female in the day time which is even better for fruit set.

I've eaten half this years crop already as of July 24th, it crops this size constantly each year, well actually it gets more each year as it gets bigger. The best pollinator for Hass is Ettinger which is about the latest flowering Type B around but is hard to find. Ettinger probably will never fruit more than a couple of fruit itself but that doesn't really matter. Ettinger is a seedling of Fuerte

  • @jerrydff7 This is a grafted tree so it didn't take long, about 2 or 3 years but now this tree is about 8 years old
