Oops, should have added I was hoping it was the Haemovores from Classic Who's Curse of Fenric, as a number of them were dressed in 1560 era style clothing. :o(

I liked the interplay between the Doctor and mother, that worked really well, actually felt sad when she killed herself. But some of the other episodes so far have been a bit yuck. Next episode Amy's Choice I'll not bother watching as it looks rubbish. Lets hope the Silurian and Sea Devil episode is good.
