I understand not everyone like the sound of birds or nature. That is why there are two other versions with different sounds that you can view on the website .

Hello. I would REALLY appreciate your guidance to the location of the actual voice recording that is on this video. His voice, AND this particular meditation scheme works for me, but the editing in of other voices does not. However, if the voice does come with the seagulls, that would be fine, as long as the "entire" meditation is available.
Can you help steer me to him?
I did notice that the voice is Jon-Kabat Zin
I did find material related to him, but cant afford to buy anything.
THANKS

You can check out " The Mindful Way Through Depression" book . It comes with a guided meditation Cd. The difference is that in the Cd you are guided to place awareness on the body in one track, sound in another track, and breath in a third track. The book is about developing " Right Mindfulness". This video remix is about " Right Stillness" or Concentration. You begin with mindfulness of body and sound, then zero in on the breath in a succession . Spending just enough time on each part.

This meditation scheme is based on " Mindfulness, Bliss, and Beyond" by Ajahn Brahm. The technique culminates in Samadhi or Jhana ( at stage 7). I will try to post a guided meditation with one voice on the website if you don't click with the ones available. The thing with long guided meditation with one voice is after the first 10 mins or so, the mind just zone out sometimes. When a different voice comes up, it immediately comes back to the guided meditation if it happens to be tuning out.

The images are just there because it is a video. Usually, at the beginning of the meditation the first thing we should do is close our eyes and turn within. If you are used to meditating with eyes open then the images can be distracting.

I had to close my eyes. And then birds attacked me!

When you place awareness on sounds it keeps you from going into the past and future. I thought it is easier to focus on it when it is audible. Whether it be neutral, pleasant , or unpleasant, just be with it without reacting. Because, when you meditate at home, someone might turn on noisy music, sounds of cars, etc.. being aware without reaction will help you overcome these possible obstacles and move forward in the meditation. You can also apply this same attitude when observing thoughts.
