  • @forrest2city He's a physical therapist.

  • @Cubu47 calf training is the most difficult and most misunderstood muscle in the body. There are a varety of ways to train calfs, plenty of devices in the gym, But here is wher eit gets tricky. Everyone's calves develop from different due to genetics, and even hieght. A tall persons calf muscle is going look different when it grows than a short persons calf muscle that is why the ideal bodybuiders are 5,9 and under. No one over six has won the olympia since Arnold

  • @Naturalhit natural , its notthe steroidswhich have alered alot of current champions bodies, its the GH. that is responcible for the big bellies we've seen. Flex took roids, so did lee lebrada. In Lee's case it was just to finish off his body and make it contest ready. Flew began his career that way but towrds the late 90's / early 2000's, he played the size game, began the GH, blew out hisliver and kidney.

  • what's the best position of the back??
