John Montroll's Grasshopper is one of my all-time favorite animal models. He's 50 minutes of folding sped up 6-times speed.

The music in the video are the tracks "Laid Back In An Uptight Way", "Will & Frances Have Short Legs", and "Don't Want To Get Used To You" by George Cooke. You can download lots of his music right here: http://www.icompositions.com/artists/gcooke/

  • Just Amazing!!! Is there any way I can get this video in real time (slowwweeerrr) I really want to learn how to do it!!

  • @ShenSenpai Well, I could slow it down, but it would still be very hard to explain how to fold the model without you having the instructions in hand. The book this model is from is "Origami for the Enthusiast" by John Montroll. You can purchase it from Amazon for under $10.

  • you should make it like three or four different parts so it can be in real time because its way too fast in some spots to understand whats happening

  • @brandonlc18 I think I may post another version only sped up in sections... and explain more of what I was doing and why. Thanks for watching!

  • next time can you go slower?

  • @TiffanyChu1 Well, if it takes me longer than 15 minutes to fold the model I'll have to speed it up to fit it all in one video. I'll see what I can do about stream-lining my folding technique. Maybe on the next video I'll only have to speed up the video 2 or 3 times.

  • make a tutorial i want to know how to do it because i think it looks cool

  • O origami é muito bonito. Mas não consigo acompanhar. Você acelerou a câmera, e muitos detalhes não posso ver como faz.

  • yeah man make slower

  • Yeah, I came here to learn how to do it for myself... But this is just way too fast. Let us know when you have a slower version posted. Thanks!

  • @ridham100 whaaaa?

  • @cyrusrom he is a crap thats just a add

  • @ttslipknotrulez132 not funny

  • hey crap go slower

  • If anyone wants to know how to make a time lapse a tutorial, get windows live movie maker and slow things down:) But I'll say that's kind of cheating to get instructions.
