New evidentiary hearings will run for 3 weeks in December 2011. A new trial could begin by the summer of 2012. Let's hope that the Arkansas Supreme Court does the right thing.

@wm3buster I have believed for a very long time that the guy who ran into Bojangles “Saw” something happen, and that who ever he saw, saw him and went after him too, but he managed to get away. I read some where several years ago that the guy who ran into the Bojangles had pants on that were “wet up to his knees”. They may never know who did murder those little boys, however there is just not ANY evidence that J, J & D did it. Knowing that Jessie has such a low IQ how could WMPD believe him?

@brown9708 But I don't want to say Hobbs did it when I don't know WHO did it. This is the problem we find ourselves with when the crime scene investigation and police investigation of suspects doesn't coordinate properly.

@brown9708 The problem is that in the South a mysterious black is usually the perpetrator in a crime where whites are the victims.

If Hobbs's hair was in one of the shoelace knots, how did the mysterious black put it there? Has anyone wondered about Hobbs's teeth mechanics and the teeth marks on one of those killed boys' faces?

The killer was probably the bloody muddy black male with water soaked pants up to the knees seen at the chicken place not far from the crime area. The police said they checked him out but that was bullshit. Hobbs wasn't seen with blood and mud on him

This guy constantly harassed people who were filming documentaries and lawyers and pretty much anyone else who didn't see things exactly as he saw them when he was accusing the west memphis three of killing those kids. So forgive me if I don't find his accusations to be worth a damn, seeing as how forensic evidence exonerated the wm3 and proved they were innocent after spending years in prison. This guy just loves the attention. As for who actually did it I don't know so I won't accuse anyone

towards anyone in this whole story the whole way through, as I don't have all the facts required. However, I believe it's innocent until proven guilty and I've yet to see these three be proven guilty. All the facts I've researched point towards proving them innocent. Anyways, no offense at all, that's just me.

As far as only wm3 supporters on here, hmmmm I wonder why 99.99% of all comments everywhere throughout the nation are saying that they're innocent and celebrating their freedom and have been disgusted with the injustice that's happened to them and especially the victims. I for one, am going to withhold any final judgement
