I still don't get why neo sees everything like that (the yellowish view) in real life.

Well, he does not see everything like that, only machine city, the pods, deus ex machina etc. Remember, he's completely blind inside the ship, can't see Trinity etc. As for why he sees the machines like that? It, could symbolize that the machines aren't actually evil, which they are not.

First movie: reality does exist, but it is wildly different than what we have been forced to believe/perceive.

Second movie: we have seriously underestimated our opponent; also, we are manifestations of archetypes, and time is cyclical not linear.

Third movie: Neo making love to Trinity changed nothing. Her function is to show Neo The Way. The Matrix is not healed until Rationality/Intellect (Neo) combines with "the soul of the world" (Oracle) IN Smith (out-of-control control system).

I tried that test out a long time ago.

If its what I think.

The way it went was that I would go one way, and if I wanted it to go the other, I had to sit there for 2 minutes.

I couldn't swtich easily but I could stay on either side or both.

i agree,but if one is smarter than the other, it doesn't matter, the lesser intelligent beings can have incredible ingenuity.... but i'm sure i'm you're smarter because i did all kinds of shit when i was 9, so i'm sure my brain got fucked, lol....i can't think of the guy that said this,but, he said, you have to become insane in order to be sane.....well, i'm sure it's paraphrased a bit, i don't have good memory, although, i can remember the first 60 digits of pi, lol....that's nothing thought.
