If Obama want to charge me more with Cap and tax I want to see his birth certificate first before I allow him to decide my cost in life and how will they repair the climate with the money, all will it just be banked as revenue ? and how much will be paid to Al Gore.

Wow. So he is comfortable with higher payroll taxes, taxing the people who create jobs, higher electric costs, more government spending....oh my...just open your wallets people. All this from a guy who may not even be eligible to President.....since he was most likely born in Kenya (until he proves otherwise with his long-form birth certificate). Wow.

Obama is talking from new mines without carbon traid.
However current oilprise, the world is running out of oil. The biggest new oilfield discovered in the last 8 years (brasil) equates to 100 days world consumption.

Oil has dropped from $150/brl to $62/brl - Gas prices have fallen from over $4 to about $2.75 over the last two months - what do you mean "Obama is right to hurry up, because the gasprice is rising damed fast." Gas prices are stabilizing... but this has nothing to do with gas prices. Coal is used for electricity. If you eliminate the #1 source for electricity in the US, you have a worse problem than high gas prices!
Obama is wrong on energy. He doesnt understand sustainment as a bridge.
