Radical Cheer leaders out in front of Baywalk the day after city council vote to privatize it.
St Pete for Peace group was there with many members demonstrating

Uhuru group also was present.
I, the videographer was there as an independent journalist but will be there as a demonstrator as I have been in the past. Also I expect many community leaders that are willing to stand up for free speech will turn out in the near future as the sidewalk privatization takes effect. This is what happened a few years ago when the city tried using barricades to force demonstrators out of the way. This approach led to a doubling of demonstrators every week, until the city withdrew.

Now a boycott is on put on the table by the peace groups, this means that even if the Baywalk enterprise can get the sidewalk cleared the new business's may be afraid to sign leases as now they will be participants in unconstitutional, thus Un-American action.
