2013 will most likely be Tales of the World Raidant Mythology 4 I'm guessing since it takes at least two years to make the other ones.

Noob Q: How can I unlock this event? :p and wheres a good place to train to help me lv up? I gave up playing this game after i defeated the last boss and planning to start playing again while waiting for TotW3 :p

Yeah, same here. I can't wait till my birthday in Nov; I'm going to get Rosetta Stone to learn jap! I already now the lang somewhat, and I'm pretty sure I'll be able to learn the lang sicne I've heard so much about it from many of my teachers.

Even if you learn, you won't be able to listen to what they say.
It will take at least about 2 or 3 years to be able to listen to them about 60%
