Intelligent vinyasa flow, combining 2 sequences. The 1st part opens the front and back of spine and shows how to use the ground to extend upwards. (starts with arm extending forwards) The 2nd part (starts with same arm extending forwards then rests it to the opp leg) takes you more deeply into exploration of the spine via twists using cross energy with challenges that reveal upper to lower body connectivity, strength and flexibility.
