Elektra is one of the best bond VILLAINS (and the only major female villain). Most people say that she and Renard are the main baddies in the film but I think her role is more important (and interesting) than his.

Why on Earth did the great Robert Carlyle agree to such a pathetic role ? His performances in Riff-Raff, Trainspotting, Carla's Song, Angela's Ashes, The Full Monty, Jimmie Grimble and many others were excellent. This one is a bad joke. What a pity.

Valentine was awesome. I was so enraged when Elektra killed him. I wanted her dead for this.
