@geekyartist sorry late reply on this message, been busy .. anyway
alpha transparency allows you to add a transparency effect to your image so you can combine it with a background, other image, etc.
I selected none so I can paste the whole picture, you can also select INVERT and you can paste the picture itself. If I didn't, I would have pasted the deleted border instead of the picture

HI. what does this alpha transparency do? Why did you select none on 02:38? What difference would this make? Why do you go to your move tool on 02:42? What is the purpose? You just copy paste.
Did you get a floating layer when you copied and pasted the feathered outcome in the end? What is the purpose of the existence of floating layers?

@anixneyths Yes I did get a floating layer, when you have a floating layer, you can still edit the layer without affecting the layer that it would be anchored on

yaaay!! you're back! i have 1 problem if you can do a tutorial on that. i wonna format my C:\ drive but it says that i could not complete.. i have windows on E:\ and im a admin..

@swehunter2000 probably you have corrupted files, try deleting them by pressing SHIFT+DEL

@swehunter2000 before formatting, make sure that all your programs are not in use, you may have corrupted files
