Is "PURE O" a form of OCD or another form of anxiety
symptom? What are these aggressive, sexual and violent thoughts? How are they formed? What can you do about them? PURE O is often thought to be a form of OCD but Charles Linden explains why it is so different and what to do about it.

  • Hello Charles, my name is tom and I suffer from pure O and severe anxiety disorder for about 5-6 years now, even though I've always been quite a anxious person. I spend most of my days in my bedroom on the computer and watching tv and I rarely go outside. I find it very hard to concentrate and take in information and I also have a terrible memory. I'm currently seeing a therapist for help with my issues but he says he can't help me unless I remember our sessions, what do you advise I do?

  • @TheTombonater007 I advise you stop pointless therapy and do my program Tom. I know how to cure Pure O and MY staff are qualified psychologists and psychotherapists who have helped tens of thousands of people. Trust me, you won't find a more qualified experienced team. Take care.

  • Someone please help me. I'm almost certain I have Pure O, and it's driving me insane. I think a disturbing thought, and it will keep coming back. I just can't let go of these things.

I'm also having the questions in my mind like, "What if I have this? What if I can never get these disturbing things out of my mind? Will this drive me completely insane? Am I depressed?" I keep thinking I'm a terrible person.. Are these really signs of Pure O?

  • @awv12345 Yes, it's Pure O... please understand that although the thoughts are intrusive and disturbing, they are not to do with illness. I know it's hard to believe but I have cured thousands of people with Pure O over the last 13 years.

  • i hate OCD worst illness on earth!!!!

  • @HungKiet Except, it's not an illness! Even non anxious people have Pure O... it's just that their thoughts are less intrusive and regarded as normal so they ignore them. Being 'in love' is Pure O when you study the psychophysiology of it!

  • @victoriavanfsg Yes that is absolutely normal in Pure O... I had those thoughts too and thousands of my clients have also had them. I promise you this is normal and is rooted in the underlying anxiety!

  • @oregonducksrpimpen Well doen for figuring it out... it's so easy to cure when you know how!!

  • @musegirly1 Trust me, your life isn't ruined... I had 27 years of this! I know you can be free of this fast!

  • @liza0970 If you get my program, you can learn how to do it and guide him to be compliant... this works really well and the sufferer doesn't really even know he/she is doing the program!! Charles

  • @KarleyLou Yes relationship OCD is very common... but again, just another anxious obsessions created by the anxiety risk assessment... it'll apply itself to anything given the chance.

  • @RainbowYoga2011 There is truly no need to be afraid... I have helped thousands of people with the exact same thoughts and believe me they are harmless 'what if' anxious risk assessments... they will go s you eliminate your anxiety! Do my program!

  • @swiv2d Yes it does... thoughts like these are absolutely normal in Pure O!
