Wow. . .so poor. Is she on heroin? I love her first album and still listen to it. But I could have lived six lifetimes and never missed listening to this. Next time, keep it to yourself.

@ManardGCrebs ...Thanks for your humility, big ole man, and you ought not to care - you're human. Rickie does this song so poignantly on her debut album - gorgeous piano. It's still my favourite album and she's still my favourite tortured artist. A gem - as Mr Busterfoot posted, she's "authenticity" personified. Raw, natural, vulnerable, invincible and no one, but no one, can pidgeon-hole her or duplicate her. Yep - her biggest fan.

rickie sing to us ...we love you

Ne-Yo has a track called "Miss your company" And the producer usin a sample form here and all i can say that the original version is so authentic while Ne-Yo's version is so peaceful. I would love to see that Ne-Yo and Rickie remix this one together. That could be a great one. Thanks for the upload

Sue Ann Carwell covered this song and used it for her demo which resulted in her getting signed to Warner Brothers, her version is amazing and can be found on youtube...

I just found out I missed this and was SO disappointed. RLJ by the ocean.... hopefully she does it again some time.
Thanks for sharing
so i see this and think, how is it possible everyone doesn't know this woman.
there are no singers who come close.. imitated, copied, for so many decades.. and yet she sounds fresh and sweet here. Authenticity. Thanks for posting this. wish you had a tri pod!

She has been my favorite female artist/ performer since the first time I heard this song on her first album. I wish she toured. Would love to see her live.
