Also, since you never will go and find out you were wrong about Adam's start in the biz I'll just tell you. Back in the day Jimmy was on the LA radio station and he was doing a bit where he needed to box some other host. Adam called up the radio show and volunteered to train him in boxing for the bit. Adam and Jimmy became friends and Adam asked how he could get into radio. Jimmy's answer was "Figure out what you do well and work on a bit and we'll try it on the show"

I think you have your facts wrong about how Adam got his start.. maybe you should double check that. Also, he's been in the business for 25 years now... if he had no talent and couldn't stand on his own A) he wouldn't have had 2 nationally syndicated radio shows 2 television shows and B) his podcast would have never been successful.
