The Witness

This movie was created for the College Movie Festival 2008.
The College Movie Festival has been going on for 3 years now. 9 colleges with a total of 16 student teams entered this year to participate. Each team had to pull a genre ranging from Superhero to Mockumentary. The teams were then given the required elements that had to be included in each movie.
This year the elements to include were as follows...

Character: Mia Michaels - Barista
Prop: Fashion Magazine
Dialogue: "I'm ready for the next step."
Question (delivered by Mia Michaels): "Do you have that in a size 6?"

Our team, Unimagination, from Cincinnati State, drew Action/Adventure as our genre and with the required elements we began production of "The Witness".

Synopsis
Mia Michaels (Leticia Martinez) witnessed a crime committed by the infamous Krug family syndicate, one night outside her coffee shop. Mia is placed into the protective custody of Matt Burges (Shaun Rickers) and his team by the F.B.I's witness protection program. After Mia settles into the safe house, Matt and his team encounter some unwelcome guests during the night.

What the blurb does not say is the whole thing had to be put together in like three days: write the script, shoot it, add special effects, sound track, edit and produce a dvd for submission.
