In most countries, the social stigma that accompanies living with HIV/Aids often leaves victims isolated. A number of countries deny residency permits to foreigners carrying the virus and most of the Gulf Arab states automatically deport those found to be HIV positive. Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford reports on the policy choices before the region's health authorities.

LOL.....you went against 1.5 billion, so 10 or 15 million, by your logic would seem an easy task; but for some reason, anytime the topic of conversation is HIV, it's as if we're discussing a religion.

The HIV test, clearly states on the insert that it DOES NOT test for HIV, but rather that it test for antibodies that may or may not be related to HIV

Peter Duesberg- the pioneer of anti-viral research, clearly stated that HIV is nothing more than a benign gene that is not the cause of AIDS.
