The best of my 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ. It has a 3.5 RE lift, rear locker, and 32s. Does pretty good on the Arizona trails and rocks.

  • Did all of that in a stock 79 jeep wagoner

  • @REBELLIFE4 You did Sunflower, congrats

  • was that a cop jeep?

  • @Simplicity885 Yes it was

  • What kinda protection are you running for the underside? Got an 89 on 35's with a 6.5 inch lift and wanna prevent damage when offroading since it's my daily driver

  • @Mr89XJ I have the factory gas tank skid and factory TC skid. The TC skid is not much. I have a better one, just haven't gotten around to installing it. Thats it other than the sliders for the rocker panels.

  • thats prettyu good with a 3.5

  • The Jeep being capable has alot to do with driver

  • ..it's not my problem!...

  • @splattermark There are still other expedition type off road races / challenges. Look at the European, Australian, South African 4x4 magazines. Oh and I actually scream at commuters for acting like F1 drivers or more accurately NASCAR drivers since F1 in the states is not run often. Last time an American won a US F1 Grand Prix was back in 1958. Once again I guess F1 justs costs too much. No high speed rail in the States either, cost again..???

  • The white xj seems really capable for one that's not extreme looking, nice build.

  • @Reverendjim1 I'm glad someone else else gets it, what are these guys with home-built desert rock crawling rigs doing crawling rocks in the desert? If they were real men they would build a time machine to go back and compete in this one race that hasn't been held in over a decade. I mean, these guys are so lame compared to corporate-sponsored professional teams in an international trophy cup. In a similar vein sometimes I scream at commuters for not being F1 drivers

  • Dude so awesome!

  • @Spikejr5342 Spoken by a true connoisseur of mediocrity! Yes, "Nobody cares" amongst your circles, the circle of shaved head, goatee wearing, overweight, under educated morons. You and your cohorts are the keepers of mediocrity & low class ideals for America... To bad too, The United States was once a nation to look up to. By the way, Real Off-Roaders do care.

  • @Reverendjim1 Nobody cares. If you just want to complain about American videos, get the hell off.

  • Every American video is the same. Go look at the Camel trophy for a good videos! When I was in the states Off roading was a day rarely two of trying to get over rocks and going nowhere, often resulting in broken parts from poorly modified (jacked-UP) street 4x4's. In Australia, Argentina, South Africa & Indonesia i experienced real off-roading expeditions. Proper sized tires, Diesel powered & full floating axles! The one jacked-up Jeep in Indonesia broke down & was left in the Jungle!
