  • @HamishYeti you are exactly right, not to mention the best in resale value among all bikes. I had a guy riding a busa who wanted to show off in front of some girls, he asked me if I wanted to race my Heritage Softail. He said he would spot me half track. I said hell yea, I told him that we would race in july of 2020, he said "my bike won't be around by then" I said "exactly", but more than likely my bike will be. I shut him up, not to mention the girls laughed their asses off at the ricer dude

  • It amazes me how completely ignorant people are, they hear a rumor that Harley hasn't changed in 50 years. How many of you have any idea about the revolutionary design changes that have gone on in the last 5 years? None of you. I find it interesting that Harley has the most advanced ignition and fuel injection systems in the motorcycling world, and you talk about the lack of change. They put metrics to shame. Not to mention their partnership with Porsche.

  • I bought the V&H pipes for my harley. I liked how they sounded, and the look. I emailed to learn if they were going to produce longshots with a crossover tube between pipes. They wrote back "no". So I bought them. I noticed a definite decrease in low end pulling power. The very next issue of American Iron had an ad from V&H bragging about the crossover tube that improves torque. I was pissed. After one season pipes started bluing. I threw them away and put factory pipes back on.

  • And Yamahondakawaszuki will still be chasing trying to understand why Harleys rule. If they had half a sack they'd just come out and admit they are trying to be the second best MC mfg. next to Harley Davidson. Often imitated, never duplicated.

  • Busa... Fuk you.

  • ...but Harleys have SOUL!

  • The Gold Wing has a boxer six,the CBX has an in-line,or a straight six and no radiator.

  • Harley haters are idiots!!!

    "S"uzuki

    "H"onda

    "I"suzu

    "T"oyota

    Spells Sh-t!!!!

    Terrible Tom--Wisconsin Home of Harley

  • ok ive heard all this crap about harleys before i have been riding bikes for 44 years, nortons, bsa, hondas, the full monty. most people who slag off harleys have never ridden one, and all you guys with your crotch rockets are missing the point, sure they are not the fastest or the most reliable.but its all about the ride not the fastest way from a to b. i just cant understand why people are so hostile against harleys, all bikers should be brothers.and yes i have a daytona dyna glide, i love it

  • FUCK HARLEYS RULE !!!!

i dont give a shit what all you guys rekon , they sound better then any other bike ive heard and they look good. harleys will live on for ever in my books.

  • straight six, do you have a gold wing? that bike will roll forever properly maintaned of coures. liqiud cooled engines do usually last longer do to the lower operating temp. that is of coures if you can be easy on the throttle its hard some times i know. sell you hardley and get more real bikes. if you would like the defenition of a real bike just ask me.

  • ..and my straight six jap will roll forever too,one bike for cruise another for whiplash.

  • if harley keep the look the same but changed the engine that would be one thing but saying its ok to keep everything the same is insanity. and as for "rolling" for a hundred yrs well properly maintaned that could be seed about any vehicle. so there is still no reason to support the motorcompany.

  • thats where your wrong lille, i thank God for life for my family not for over priced redneck trash and i dont agree with busa. i dont hate harley riders i hate there rides. things should change they should get better with time, if you look at a sportbike form 2004 to now the bike will be extremely different, faster, better brakes, and stronger engine. than is what should change.

  • i agree with jk,fuk all harley riders!

  • Thank God that some things stay the same, thank God for Harley Davidson! That devil will roll for another hundred years.

  • Yeah, to clean please give me a break. that bike hasnt change and if harley lasts to see its 200th it will still be selling the same tired crap re-packaged and re-painted but basiclly the same shit, well maybe it will cost more.

  • too clean. Thanks for the walk around. I can really appreciate the bike more this way. All i have to go off is pictures right now.
