This is higher definition audio/video than my previous track -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52-N3fSiXhc
which was added before YouTube permitted FLV files to be uploaded. Here is my original FLV with better sound. Hope this helps.

From the CoolKarma Take-Ten Series (10 minute meditations)-- Total Relaxation.
If you are new to mediation, this simple exercise is perfect as a place to begin. In performing these simple techniques you will discover the unique ways in which your own body holds tension and stress and how you can enjoy true relaxation any time!
The tensing/releasing technique is based on a stress management exercise developed by Dr. Edmund Jacobson in the early 1920's. In his work he found that PROGRESSIVE MUSCLE RELAXATION through this type of exercise could reduce anxiety as well as improve several health conditions. I used this technique first in 1984 as an undergraduate studying the psychophysiology of stress and in my experiment (presented at the Western Psychological Association conference later that year) the results showed that participants who practiced this were able to avoid the negative impacts of a stressful situation.

No address about tension kept in the small of the back? And the facial tensions, coupled with poor posture, could actually activate trigeminal and/or occipital neuralgia in those who have poor upper-body posture.
How is this "total relaxation" when it's a poorly-constructed PMR (and even "proper" PMR has its risks of soft-tissue damage with overworn joints)?

@EyeOnTheTV Skepticism will keep you from relaxing. :) Seriously, though, I agree.

I'm skeptical of any relaxation video that starts out like an infomercial with over-stressed enthusiasm and affirmations. Some people are more susceptible to such wizardry.
