A juxtaposition of the powerful Military their Cronies against the people of Burma. The outrageous wealth of the Military elite and the abject poverty of the majority of the Burmese peoples.

A Strong message can be found thought out the documentary, this message is symbolic in nature, and although the images refer to events that are specific of Burma, a line of historic repetition can be easily identified with other countries, and people who have been oppressed by Military Governments.
