  • This was about my third weaving project ever, so I encourage you to try something challenging! I bought the draft and yarn from Yarn Barn a couple of years ago. I think it is still available (item #WK-YB-173). Here are the particulars:

    18” weaving width

    4 harnesses

    12 dent reed

    425 heddles

    two shuttles

8/2 Tencel in orange, gold, and dark green for the warp and alternating tabby background, with brown 4-Ply Bamboo for the overshot pattern.

    Enjoy!!

  • Man that is a nice pattern! Makes me want to get into it. Maybe one day!

  • This is beautiful! Can you tell us more? Yarn, draft, colors, sett....? Inquiring minds would like to know! :D

  • That is absolutely gorgeous! Thanks for the review of overshot. It's starting to make sense to me now. I have a 4 shaft Leclerc loom and am new to weaving.
