Yes, why not, lets drive the peasants into further famine, dehumanise (yet alone dekulakise) them, treat them as cow fodder (as if they weren't already under the boots of the Nobility!?), force them in virtual farm prisons, squeeze the last bit of grain out of them, and never, ever let them expand .
You are completely right, Collectivisation completely and utterly failed.

There are communicays between stalin and kakanovich (typo) where they discuss how worthless they believe the russian peasent classes to be. (which were the ukrainians, part of russia back then)
Around the same time there are documented orders from stalin for ultra-pro-bolshevik russian regiments to confiscate food from these peasents.
There are 10,000's of eye-witness statements from ukrainians testifying russians took all food imaginable. At first USSR tried mass-shooting but it was too slow.

There's no proof the bolsheviks manually created the famine of 1930 Zebadie. The Bolsheviks mudered kulaks because they thought they were too powerful and a good scapegoat not because they thought they were sub-human.

There was plenty of russian-grown food, but the Bolsheviks (who were ethnically non-russian and hated Christians) manually created a famine in order to murder 20,000,000 christian russian peasents, because the Bolsheviks viewed them as sub-human.
This also made the country more easy to Dictate over, as these peasents (the true Russian people) had repetedly attempted to Rise Up against the Bolshevik's cruel, racist, and tyranical rule. So the bolsheviks killed them, and destroyed christianity.
