The person who made this video did it to showcase what an angry person he/she is. They took what they wanted out of it in order to manipulate it to their advantage. If they had played 10 seconds BEFORE Donna is explaining what the video maker called Facts - Donna calls it a Legend. Donna ALSO explains that these are the reports from people who have visited the castle. The video maker doesn't show you that because it would make him look like they were misinformed. They are just Angry at the show.

So what is the point what would they be gaining by not telling the truth? It is an old place does it really matter what happened then? Lets think about things that can happen now, and into the future. Old places that are haunted always have a negative past does this surprise you? Demons feed off of bad energy. I don't believe everything is fake, but then again I had my own personal experiences.
