  • love this concept, and your sauce is RIGHT ON, for the right color, just why the tossing?, does nothing for the flavor, use less fingers in kneeding, and make your pizzaioila place the sauce further on the brim.

  • Tony, I ate in your place last week during my visit to Tucson for the Gem and Mineral Show. I want to commend you for a quality product. My wife is a Brooklyn native and after marriage we lived in NYC for 35 years. You pizza is the closest I have had in my travels around the US. The crust was thin and crisp, lots of sauce and cheese. You have a friendly staff, By the way, I had pizza in Chicago recently and it is the WORST I ever have eaten. Good luck.
