When you are in such an emergency like a cardiac arrest, EVERY SECOND not MINUET, (SECOND), counts.
You don't have time to unbutton a shirt, untuck it, etc.
You have to get the shirt off ASAP.
A minute later, and the patient will be brain dead, if you don't Get treatment ASAP.
