@billdaddy26 Completely wrong. The fact is that he only had one hand, weak grip on the gun. When he fired, his off hand was hit by the recoil, and sent up towards his face. Not only would no one who has ever fired a .40 cal fire with a grip like that, the grip safety you mentioned should have prevented the gun from even being able to fire. Not to mention he shouted "I'm tasing him", and no one would stand right above the point of impact and fire straight down. Accident. 100% proven fact.
