this isnt a operating system

a operating system is a program that can run on boot if it requires windows or any other software to run then it is not a operating system.

the reason i know this is because i have actualy programmed my own os some dick head said it was batch but batch requires windows to run well my os basicly runs on boot so windows vista dosent exist anymore its a console os and is brilliant i recon i programmed it in c# it dose not use the exstention .exe since that wouldnt work
