Kick-Ass - Big Daddy Clip

A twisted, funny, high-octane adventure, director Matthew Vaughn brings KICK-ASS to the big screen.

KICK-ASS tells the story of average teenager Dave Lizewski (Aaron Johnson), who decides to take his obsession with comic books as inspiration to become a real-life superhero. As any good superhero would, he chooses a new name -- Kick-Ass -- assembles a suit and mask to wear, and gets to work fighting crime. Theres only one problem: Kick-Ass has absolutely no superpowers.

His life is forever changed as he inspires a subculture of copy cats, meets up with a pair of crazed vigilantes -- an 11-year-old sword-wielding dynamo, Hit Girl (Chloë Moretz) and her father, Big Daddy (Nicolas Cage) -- and forges a friendship with another fledgling superhero, Red Mist (Christopher Mintz-Plasse). But thanks to the scheming of a local mob boss Frank DAmico (Mark Strong), that new alliance will be put to the test.

Best movie I've seen in a while....I haven't laughed so hard in a movie in ages and Hit Girl.....totally bad ass. Hope it inspires some girls to go kick ass on these moron parents posting on youtube that think this movie is inappropriate. This movie totally kicks ass.

I think it's a mirror on Christianity that they see their own God sending his son down to Earth deliberately to be hideously mutilated, tortured and killed as a good thing. And, worse, that they think that it's good that this actually happened (in their opinion).

I think it's a horrible story about a horrible God.

A proper big screen adaptation of the Bible would be a lot worse than Kick Ass for violence and depraved sexual acts.

In my country, owning a handgun is illegal - so he would be up on charges of child abuse (even though she was a willing participant), owning a firearm - after raiding his apartment, owning multiple banned weapons and disturbing the peace.

He could probably avoid prison by pleading insanity - but he would be in mental hospital for life rather than 6 years in jail (with good behaviour).
