You've never heard of this campaign because it's a dutch one.. And the beer is one of the best selling beers in the world.. You honestly have no idea what you're talking about..
Incredibely effective marketing it may have been, but I have never even heard of this Campaign, most likely do to the fact that the truly great products generally sell them selves and thusly, no one with proper taste needs something overly advertised, as they had determined it was worthless long before the commercial series was aired, hence the reason the company needed such a large marketing campaign - the product was not well known, or just genuinely low quality.

Also, the Walk-In-Fridge was used as part of a campaign in almost every country the product sells in, so what do you mean "It was only dutch"
Maybe not in MY Country, because the Irish have way better taste than this shit.
