The main joke of the video is that their fine with lesbians but not gay men its just to show how hypocritical people are of gay marraige and homosexuality as a whole. The other joke in there is that he's talking about how its bad for his marraige and yet he's at a strip club.

I thought the guy who was talking about his opposition to gay marriage would get smashed with a ceiling lamp. And thanks how we legalize gay marriage kids, kill all of those opposed to it because we all know they're too dumb to understand :D

Really, I thought the satire of this video would be obvious! 9 in 10 support gay folk, and several of their clips are parody of homophobic opinions and attitudes.
But really "Gay marriage threatens MY marriage..." "Dude! I just paid the strippers to go down on each other!" makes it perfectly obvious where this video stands on the issue.
