Basically, I took my boat for a drive. But it's OK, we're cool that way.

It was a beautiful December day in Moscow, ID, and I wanted to go for a paddle. I got a later start than I wanted to, but it was fun exploring all the same. I headed from Moscow to Uniontown, WA, to the Wawawai area on the Snake, or Lower Granite Lake (it's still the Snake, trust me). I didn't expect the inversion layer to be so pronounced: it was mid-40's on the Palouse, but as I dropped into the fog and inversion, the temperature quickly dropped to freezing in a matter of minutes. I headed back via Pullman, then got distracted by signs pointing me to the Lower Granite Damn and Locks.

Shot with a windshield-mounted GoPro shooting at 5-second intervals. Music was "LordDa Mercy" by Daddy_Scrabble (http://freemusicarchive.org/music/Daddy_Scrabble/Thingy/03_LordDaMercy) via Vimeo's Music Store.
