This is a delicious, healthy & easy soup - high in protein, low in calories!! Add as many vegetables that you would like!! This version is made with 20 cups water, 5 chicken bouillon cubes, basil, tarragon, dill, and salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups each: carrots, celery, zucchini, mushrooms. 2 pounds cod fillets cut into cubes (uncooked). Cook (boil) all vegetables and seasonings, except mushrooms, for about 10-15 minutes. Add cod and mushrooms and cook an additional 5 minutes or until cod is done (should be white and flaky). Serve over fresh spinach leaves and 1/4 cup cooked brown rice in soup bowl.

@MaGiKaLMin - No- eat Organic eggwhites and organic oatmeal, every day! Add curry, cinnamon and black pepper to taste. 1 Egg white = 4 grams protein. No matter your goal, eat at LEAST 15-20 grams of protein every meal- 6 meals perday. One gram of protein per pound of DESIRED weight-whether you are trying to lose, or gain, (rule of thumb)
