I'm a little bit confused after you remove all the XXX's on the link you put. It takes me to a page not found. What do I do?

Mod Manager auto starts everytime i turn on the wii while my sd card is in. When I press the home button to exit it just resets the mod manager. I've installed the wads from this video but do I still need the contents of this SD card to continue to part 3 of the tutorial?
