Dawson Construction Plant Hydraulic Piling Hammer HPH6500

HPH 6500 Hammer pile driving Ø1350 tubes. There are many advantages with the Dawson range of double acting hydraulic piling hammers over a diesel hammer, these are: -
1.No loss of energy due to the drop weight not having to compress any fuel mixture.
2.You can adjust the stroke during operation to vary the amount of energy during operation.
3.The hammer can be operated in manual mode to allow for single blows. This is very useful when the pile is close to reaching its required bearing capacity.
4.Shorter strokes are used because the drop weight is accelerated down under hydraulic pressure. This means the amount of blows per minute is higher increasing productivity. Blow rates up to 120 BPM.
5.The hammers can be used under water.
