Kostmih - Robot/ Popping

a vid i got a few years ago from pincher.net - horrendous quality, but great, rare footage. I'm assuming it's from the late 80s. He has some brief moments where he almost doesn't even look human (like at 0:13 & 0:35 for a couple seconds, & the robot-walking near the end), but he sometimes loses his perfect robot 'character'. The track is Kraftwerk - 'Techno Pop' from 1986.
