My neighbour caught these salt water fish fresh out of the Atlantic Ocean off of the South East coast of Florida. There is a strawberry grouper, porgy, pork fish, margate and a grunt. See my reaction to eating an eye ball for the first time.
I like to cook fish whole. The fish I prepare here was very fresh, sweet, tender and succulant. Not "fishy" at all. In the video I fry a strawberry grouper whole (gutted) in a cast iron skillet. Delicious! I cooked it in ghee butter with garlic, some sea salt and fried apples with a side of brown rice and spinach.
