Her rendition of this song sounds like Shoshana Bean's to me! I think she did a great job. The first video I saw of her was Horns of Jericho from The Ten Commandments musical...fantastic job in that as well.

@dionmichelle I 110% DISAGREE .. this is the most dull and boring performance of this song on youtube... She is no Inspirational Singer either... SOrry, THis was just a bland American Idol Audition version of the song.. BTW.. This is a very weak vocal she relies too much on Riffing and her non riffs are screechy...not like christina who is a SOLID vocalist...

Love this powerful performance. This version has the most untamed release of emotion. She also creates the climax of the song at the right moment.

this is proof of why theater songs aren't stand still pieces. you obviously have a good voice, but if you're going to sing a song from a musical, don't just stand there and "christina" it on a mic with a stand. other than that, decent voice.

I have watched several versions of this same song..... THIS is the best performance yet. @Capnjoe023... The song was written WITH those riffs. Alisan, this version is the most honest and feeling version. Others are "performed". I love it. Thank you for sharing it.
