better now - but you have missynchs between left and right view - try using StereoMovieMaker - this software can adkust the synch (use Pgup and PGDown keys for one view and including Ctrl for the other view - you should also do some realignment (SMM can do it automatic - you should do this scene by scene then make a complete video out of the single scenes

Yes, The alignment is sucking here. I had a stable mount and changed for a small one that was much easier to carry but the cameras were kind of loose. Now I made on out of aluminum. It's preety stable. As soon as I have something special to shoot in 3D I will use it.

because of the big interocular the objects closer are hard to "see" - background is ok but those runners are hard to focus on.
