I'm getting deathly sick of these (usually) hyper-religious parents shielding their children from anything that could be considered gay or homosexual because the Bible says it's wrong and they could become corrupted. Haven't you anything more important to teach them, like, I don't know - TOLERANCE AND RESPECT?

Elephants' homosexual relationship can last for years. Lions and lionesses can have relationships for a week. Well, in a zoo (can't remember which), the staff gave a gay penguin couple an egg - and that little baby grew up to one of the healthiest of the next-generation of those penguins. Roy and Silo, 2 bisexual vultures, where treated as "abnormal" by their flock, but they raised a chick. And then they got female partners, and that was the end.

I know plenty of people who happened to be "homosexual" and are loving to each other and would not cheat on each other or hurt each other intentionally. And this has nothing to do with the fact that they are "homosexual" - it is just the fact they happen to be caring loving people.

I am Christian - have been all my life, but I do not have a problem with homosexuality. If there is one thing I have taken from the Bible, it is this "Love and Honour Thy Neighbour As Thy Self". I have not come across a verse that states - "Love and Honour Thy Neighbour As Thy Self Unless Thy Neighbour Happens To Be Homosexual" I have many friends who are homosexual and there is nothing abnormal about them. Also a lot of the "straight" people that are criticising homosexuals are the same . . .

I dont mind people having their anit-homosexual beliefs due to the bible or how they were raised. But unless there is solid logic against how it is harmful to society and others there should be no laws against it. There really is not solid logic, I will not accept "the bible says" until I see the bible as the national law. But once that happens im outta here so fast. I mean I guess its arguable that the bible is kinda the law in this land when it comes to certain things...
