Slow Food Knoxville Pie Contest at the Birdhouse

Admission is either a pie or $7. One pie per person, not per couple. You can enter more than one pie though, if you would like.

If you are bringing a pie with nuts, please let us know.

Pies must have one local ingredient to be considered for the contest. You will be asked to write out the ingredients when you register your pie.

Pies must be in by 7:15 p.m. to be entered in the contest. The contest winners will be announced at 8:30 p.m.

If you are over 21, you may bring your own alcoholic beverages. We will provide water and coffee.

In keeping with Slow Food Knoxville's tradition, please bring your own silverware, plates, cups, napkins, etc.

Bring your recipes and we'll swap!

Best sweet
Best savory
Most creative ingredient

Prizes are:
A gift basket of pickled vegetables and preserves prepared by Slow Food Knoxville volunteers
A $25 giftcard donated by Three Rivers Market
A pie plate made by Aud Studio
